Groups 1 & 2

 

Welcome to the last session of classes, from this day on each group will have the opportunity to teach one class more.

The first group was Gisselle’s group they taught about daily routine and adverbs of frequency. 

The warm up activity was charades game, the teachers explained the topic and as activities they made a worksheet where the students had to select the correct sentence depending on the structure of the adverb of frequency. As a second activity the class was divided into two groups in which they had to discuss in which order the adverbs of frequency presented on the screen went. And as a third activity they had to write a paragraph of their daily routine.Finally for the wrap up activity there were a roulette to choose who would answer the questions.

Clarita’s group taught the simple present in its affirmative, negative and interrogative forms.

As a warm up activity they played Broken Phone about daily routine, the topic was explained and as activities they played Who Wants to Be a Millionaire with sentences in simple present, whoever answered correctly received a chocolate coin, and then they played Tik Tak Toe with words, boys vs. girls played, in this activity they had to correct sentences, the boys won. And finally as a wrap up activity the students had to correct sentences.
