Audiolingual method also known as the Army method was originated during the II World War out of the need to communicate and survive. 

This method emphasizes listening and speaking and it is based of four main techniques which are:

• Repetition drill
• Subtitution drill
• Question and answer drill
• Transformation drills

 In this class we learned how to apply the drills techniques practicing dialogues, completing some charts and also we did a chain drill which we had to say the names of all of our classmates.

S= Correct pronunciation, vocabulary improvement and listening skilss development. 

W= Writing and reading deficiency

O= Learn to write and read, opportunity to learn other languages.

T= If you do not learn the correct pronunciation of the words the message may not be transmited correctly generating conflict.
